In these modern times, most people prefer to receive electronic correspondence, especially when it comes to newsletters. If you have your own online publication and you wish to provide your readers with updates, Easy Newsletters can help you. It has a very simple design, allowing you to send a newsletter, in HTML format, in just a few moments.
The application's setup file is only 481 KB, so it will not take long to download and install its components. Furthermore, you can use Easy Newsletters for as long as you want, without paying for it.
If you intend to send your newsletter with a Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail or an Aol account, the software will make the necessary SMTP configurations automatically. After selecting one of the aforementioned services, from a drop menu, you must type in your login credentials, email address and name, specify one or more receivers and a subject. It is also possible to make the SMTP settings manually, if you want to use a different account.
You can load an HTML file, with a standard browsing option and preview it on the same interface or in full screen mode, on a separate window. If everything is in order, you just need to click the Send button, located in the lower area of the interface and your newsletter will be on its way.
Pros
You can send a newsletter without too much effort. The software will make the SMTP configurations for your Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail or Aol account automatically. You can preview the loaded HTML file on its interface or on a separate window, in full screen mode.
Cons
You can not resize or move the software's interface. With Easy Newsletters, you only need to provide a few details in order to send a newsletter to your readers.
